3 YEAR
Workmanship Warranty
All workmanship performed by Timberline Heating & Air Conditioning’s employees is fully guaranteed for three (3) years from installation of the original work. The parts and/or equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantees or warranties. If failure occurs, there will be no charge to the customer for labor necessary to rectify any failed workmanship during that three (3) year period. You will be responsible for proper use and maintenance of heating and air conditioning equipment.
The Workmanship Warranty excludes any failure caused by abuse or misuse of equipment by consumer, his agents or associates, vandalism, work done by other contractors, or acts of God.
1 YEAR
Service (Labor) Warranty
Our service includes a one-year labor maintenance agreement with one maintenance on your new equipment, which is scheduled one year from the startup of your unit ($135 value).
What’s The Difference Between The Workmanship & Service Warranties?
Workmanship coverage relates directly to rectifying defects in an HVAC system that can be attributed to installation failures. Labor coverage relates to the costs of the labor required to repair or replace a defective HVAC system that is covered under the warranty claim.
